Valerian Root: Valerian has been highly regarded for centuries. Traditionally thought of as one of the finest herbs for stress, insomnia, and nervous system disorders.
Skullcap Leaf and Flower: This is a strong versatile effective nervine herb and is indicated for all nervous system disorders especially headaches, nerve tremors, stress, menstrual tension, insomnia and nervous exhaustion.
St. John's Wort Leaf and Flower: A classic remedy for nerve damage and depression. It is primarily valued as a treatment for damaged to the nerve endings such as in burns, neuralgia, wounds and trauma to the skin. Traditionally used for relieving the symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, seasonal affective disorders, chronic fatigue and personality disorders. It lifts the spirits and puts a bit of sunshine into the day.
Cramp-Away - Crampbark Compound : Traditionally used for menstrual cramps and discomfort. Also contains: Ginger Root and Pennyroyal. Do not use if pregnant.
