This is a hands-on class. Learn how to drill, inoculate and seal a shiitake log. Tea and cookies will be served.
We will be adhering to NYS safety guidelines in place at the time of the event regarding masks and distancing. The class will be outside in a covered space. All materials will be provided. Additional mushrooms blocks will be available for purchase. Everyone who participates takes a log home to grow your own mushrooms.
Adam Welch works at Healing Spirits Herb Farm as our Resident Mushroom Expert. He has over 15 years experience growing and working with mushrooms.
