Cold & Flu Tincture 4 oz: Made with Boneset and Yarrow infused in alcohol. Boneset is often used to treat influenza, swine flu, acute bronchitis, nasal inflammation, joint pain (rheumatism), fluid retention, dengue fever, and pneumonia; as a stimulant; and to cause sweating. Yarrow is used for fever, common cold, hay fever, dysentery, diarrhea, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal (GI) tract discomfort, and to induce sweating.

6-Mushroom Full-spectrum Blend 8 oz: Assortment of mushroom species that have shown potent anti-carcinogenic properties. They modulate, stimulate and support the immune system.

- Maintenance: 1 tsp twice daily
- Acute: 1 Tbsp twice daily
Simply add mushroom powder to juice, smoothies, soups or anything else for an effective medicinal dose.

Elderberry Tincture 4 oz: This is perhaps most famously used for the treatment of colds and flu. There is much evidence for its effectiveness, with a double-blind placebo controlled trial conducted during an outbreak of influenza B in Panama in 1995. The study found that within 2 days there were significant improvements in symptoms, including fever, among 93.3% of those taking elderberry. 90% of the elderberry group were completely well again within 2 – 3 days compared to 6 days in the placebo group.

The Elderflower is an "anti-catarrhal" herb, meaning it is extremely effective for runny noses and congestion. Anti-catarrhal herbs prevent excess mucus formation and aid in removing mucous and reducing inflammation in the body.

-Maintenance: 1/4 tsp 3x a day
-Acute: 1/2 tsp every 1/2 hour until symptoms subside
