Most of us in the US keep salt in our kitchens, and it's often present on dining tables as well. Salt can be seen as a "gateway herb". 

You might know how it enhances caramel flavors or have used salt water for gargling. In a pinch, salt acts as a straightforward, cost-effective, and familiar remedy for various health concerns. In this workshop, we will explore its history as we create and taste different preparations, delving into this herbal ally—an indispensable part of any apothecary. Let’s get salted together!
