DOMESTIC:  Domestic (within the USA) flat rate of $10 (not including wholesale).

INTERNATIONAL:  If additional international charges are required for delivery, the customer will be notified via PayPal invoice for the additional shipping charge.  Once this is satisfied, your packaged will be delivered. PLEASE NOTE - Once your package leaves the United States, we have no control over tracking or delivery issues, including delayed deliveries.

TRACKING NUMBERS:  Available upon request.

 

DELIVERY TIMES:  We ship USPS Priority Mail.  Healing Spirits is not responsible for late deliveries, including holidays and weekends.

LOST, STOLEN, OR SLOW PACKAGES:  Healing Spirits is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or slow packages.  We will do everything we can to help you locate your package, but we ask that you please call your local post office first.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:  Please call the store and we will discuss options with you.

​

FRESH HERBS:  Healing Spirits is not responsible for damaged or lost fresh herbs.  We will do everything we can to help you locate your package, but we cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement of your herbs.

REFUNDS:  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS WE OFFER.

RESTOCKING FEE: Please note there will be a 30% restocking fee for cancelled orders.

​

SHORTAGES:  Healing Spirits will notify you with any quantity issues as soon as we can to can discuss options with you.

PRODUCT PRICES:   Product prices do not included cost of shipping.

 

PACKAGING:  We try to recycle everything we can, including packaging.  Your order may arrive in a re-purposed box from a different item.  If you are expecting an order from us, please check all in-coming packages.
