Hello there, this is Ron, Several people have contacted me to ask why Outlook stuck on loading profile. Open Outlook after entering in as an administrator. From Outlook, choose "Run as administrator." Select Yes if you agree. Outlook is now capable of doing administrative tasks. Another alternative is to turn off the internet and set Outlook to work in offline mode.
